LEARNING ABOUT ANIMALS
Every moment you spend talking to your little one is not only a chance to bond with them but an opportunity to teach them something new and exciting!
Step 1: Use a picture book to show them animal pictures and even point out real animals whenever you can. At each animal, make the relevant animal noise so they associate the two.
Step 2: Then, constantly ask questions about all the various animal sounds, like “What does doggy do?” You can do this even when you come across these animals on the road.
Step 3: And teach him/her to respond correctly to these sounds e.g. “Doggy says woof-woof”.
*Parents are required to accompany their children throughout the activities
