A FUN OBSTACLE COURSE FOR CYCLING
Go on and get creative. Make an obstacle course for your child – it doesn’t have to be complex. At first, help them to pedal around the course and once they are used to it, let them attempt the course on their own. Don’t forget to keep an eye on them.
INDOORS – For example, you can ask them to cycle up to the door and then go around the table and come back.
OUTDOORS – For example, you can ask them to cycle around a tree or a plant pot and come back etc. This could also be done during snack time, where they come inside for a quick bite and cycle back out, repeating the process. It’s completely up to you!
*Parents are required to accompany their children throughout the activities
