ENCOURAGING YOUR CHILD TO EAT ON THEIR OWN
During your little one’s snack time, give them different kinds of finger-food that they can enjoy. Fruit cut into pieces, e.g. banana or pieces of cheese cut into small squares are all healthy snacks that your child will love. These will encourage your child to start eating on their own and also allow them to experience different kinds of food. You too can join them with your own set of finger food so they have the right company.
*Parents are required to accompany their children throughout the activities
