EXPRESSING EMOTION THROUGH ART
Sometimes, no matter how much you try to ask your child how they are feeling, they just won’t budge! They might not reveal what they’re going through. At times like this, don’t keep asking or nagging.
We understand you’re worried. Instead, give them some paper and crayons or colored pencils and ask them to draw what they’re feeling. Now that your little one is almost 4, they have some idea as to how they feel.
Once they’re done drawing you can try to talk to them about it and advise them about their emotions and how to handle the situation.
*Parents are required to accompany their children throughout the activities
